The ceramic structured packing of TBB is a kind of new-type and high-performance packing that is developed by our company . It is the whole assembly that composes of cubic or cylinder constructions paralleled each other by a lot of ripple ones with the same geometry forms. Because of selecting high quality ceramic materials, having the unique shaping technology and adopting the advanced full-automatic tunnel kiln firing equipments, our company’s production with steady quality have many fine characters, such as smooth quality, low rate of sinking water, heavy intensity and anticorrosive function. According to the different areas of form of the ceramic packing, our company develops series of ceramic structured packing, such as TTB - 100, TTB - 200, TTB - 250, TTB - 350, TTB - 400 and TTB – 450. They can be extensively applied to many industrial fields -- petrochemical industry, meticulous chemical industry, pharmacy and spices industry.

我公司生產的TTB系列陶瓷波紋填料的優異性能是普通散堆陶瓷填料無法比擬的，主要體現在：1、流通量大----新塔設計可縮小直徑，老塔改造可大幅度增加處理量；2、分離效率高----比散堆填料有大得多的比表麵積；3、阻力小，壓降低----大大降低動力消耗，節約能源；4、傳質效果好，操作彈性大，持液量小，無明顯放大效應。
The ceramic structured packing of TBB which our company produces has higher quality performances than the ordinary piles ceramic packing. There are main embodiments here: 1, Circulation is great –it can narrow the diameter in the new tower’s design, the old tower’s transformation can increase the amount of dealing largely; 2, Separated efficiency is high -- it has more areas of the form than the piles packing; 3, Obstruction is small, the pressure is low – it can reduce the consumption of motive force greatly and economize the energy; 4, The result of spread quality is fine, the operation elasticity is large, the quantity of holding liquid is small and there is not obvious effect of enlarging.
