     陶瓷填料具有優異的耐酸耐熱性能，我公司生產的鞍形陶瓷填料主要有矩鞍環和異鞍環.。矩鞍環填料是一種半圓形結構的敝開性填料，中間有一道環形加強筋避免瞭填料間的疊套和遮蔽、空隙率大從而提高瞭傳質表麵的有效利用率，具有良好的液體分佈性能，異鞍環填料是在矩鞍環的基礎上加以改進的，中部有兩道環形加強筋，半圓形的外沿為鋸齒形，並增加瞭兩個開孔，使填料內外表麵溝通增加液體的自由通道，具有壓降低，傳質效率高等特點。

     陶瓷矩鞍環和異鞍環是目前應用較廣的一種新型高效填料，不僅用於化工、冶金、煤氣、製氧等行業乾燥塔，吸收塔、冷卻塔、再生塔內而且也可作為蓄熱填料在環保領域的有機廢氣裝置中得到廣泛運用。

    The ceramic packing has excellent acid-proof and heat-resisting performances. Random ceramic packing that our company produces contains mainly saddle ring and supper saddle ring. The saddle ring packing is a kind of unfold packing with semi-circular structure. Its middle annular structure strengthens the strength, preventing the folding, covering and space rate of the packing. This structure improves effectually the rate of utilization with superficial conduction quality. It still has good liquid distribution performance. The supper saddle ring packing is improved on the basis of saddle ring. There are two annular strengthening muscles in the central of packing, the semi-circular outside edges are the saw teeth form and it increases two holes that increase the freedom pass ways of liquid in the internal and external surfaces. It has the characters of low pressure and high conduction efficiency.

      Ceramic saddle ring and supper saddle ring are the kind of new-type and high-efficient packing that is applied widely at present. It is not merely applied in the dry towers, absorbing towers, cooling towers and regeneration towers of the chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal-gas industry and making oxygen industry. And it also can be applied extensively as regenerative packing in the organic waste-gas devices in the field of environmental protection.
