陶瓷階梯環填料Ceramic casade Mini Ring

      陶瓷階梯環填料是我公司研究開發的一種環形開孔填料，它的高度約為直徑的一半，環的一邊有錐形翻邊，環壁上均勻分佈有四個高孔，環內設有米字內筋，獨特的結構設計，使填料在堆疊時，以點接觸為主，不但增加瞭填料的空隙率，減少氣流阻力，而且大大改善填料層內氣液分佈性能。

      Ceramic casade Mini ring is projected by our company and the NanHua designing institute and developed by our company and TianJing University. Its height is the half of the diameter; the sides of ring have taper spinning, the ring wall distributes four even high holes, it consists of the meter form of muscles in the ring. When piles of packing are piled, this unique structure mainly makes to touch on spots. It not only increases the space rate of packing and reduces the obstruction of air current, but also it greatly improves the distribution performance of air-liquid inside packing.

     由於采用優質的陶瓷原料和特殊的生產工藝，我公司生產的各種規格陶瓷階梯環，已獲得國傢新型實用專利。經眾多廠傢使用表明該填料具有以下特點：A具有阻力小、效率高等特點，在同樣氣速下其壓降較拉西環下降76%，較矩鞍環下降3%。在同樣操作條件下其傳質系數較拉西環提高20%，較矩鞍環提高17%。因此，使用這種填料可提高設備的生產能力和節省能耗。B具有較強的抗污堵性能，其清洗能力及霧沫夾帶量等較矩鞍環優異，當生產中出現升華硫污堵時，由於具有自清洗能力可使塔的壓降逐漸回復到原來的數據，因此，使用這種填料可以延長大修周期。該填料已在硫酸生產的乾吸塔和其他化工工程中得到廣泛的推廣利用。

      Because of adopting high quality ceramic materials and special production technology, the ceramic casade Mini ring with various kinds of specification which our company produces wins the second prize of scientific and technological progress in Nanjing. Through experimental researches at Tianjin University and numerous producers’ application, this packing has the following characteristics: A. It has the characteristics of small obstruction and high efficiency. Under the same speed of current, its pressure falls by 76% compared with the Rashing ring and by 3% compared with the saddle ring. In the equal operation condition, its conduction coefficient raises by 20% compared with the Rashing ring and by 17% compared with the saddle ring. So using this kind of packing can improve the production capacity of the equipments and save energy consumption. B. It has relatively strong performance of resisting corruption. The saddle ring is excellent in washing ability and the amount of foam and fog compared with the saddle ring. When it appears the distillation obstruction, it can enable gradually recover the original data of the towers’ pressure because of its washing ability. So this kind of packing can lengthen the overhaul period. This packing is already utilized extensively in the absorbing towers and other chemical industry projects in the hydrochloric acid industry.
