一、概述

本設備是采用低電壓、大電流將規格的鋼絲繩夾在兩極之間，在0.5秒之內快速熔斷、火花小、鋼絲熔斷後，斷頭光滑、無毛刺、牢固、不松散，糊頭在1~2mm以內。

      廣泛應用於五金工藝、傢電、電工電子、汽車製造、航天航空、有色金屬材料等行業普遍試用。等行業的剎車線、拉緊線、連結線操縱定位尺寸熔斷的必備設備。

二、設備規格及功能

1、  鋼絲規格根據客戶需定，ф0.8mm~ф2.0mm一次可熔斷5根 ,ф2.5mm~ф5mm一次可熔斷2根                 
2、  速度每小時可熔斷2000根（ф0.8-ф2.0）
3、 根據鋼絲繩的大小調節電流、電壓大小

Product Introduction
(1)specification of the steel wire is up to the customers, five pieces of steel wire of  φ0.8mm-φ2.0mm can be fused at a time while two at a time for steel wire of φ2.5mm-φ3.5mm.
(2) speed of fusing: 2000pieces/hour (φ0.8mm-φ2.0mm)
(3)adjust the current and voltage according to the specifications of the steel wires
