     本設備能自動、連續把Φ0.5mm-Φ3mm的金屬圓絲壓制成生產所需的各種規格扁絲，後可定長切斷，是廣泛用於制管、包扣、網帶、卡簧、彈簧、發夾等行業的前道工序設備。

     設備采用合金壓輪壓制鋼絲，經私服點擊自動送料、切斷。效率高，節省不必要的浪費。

二、設備功能及規格

   1.能自動連續壓各種規格鋼絲，定長切斷；

   2.鋼絲壓完後，無絲自動報警停機;

   3.自選速度60r/min;

   4.主機功率4KW、5.5KW；

   5.主電機采用變頻器調速；

   6.設有斷絲報警、自動停機功能。

  This machine can automatically and comtinuously press the round wires ofΦ0.5mm-Φ3mm into flat wire,T-shape wire and triangle wire of various specifications, making it ideal equipment applicable for the early stage prodution of hose making ,bag hanggers , web slings , cirlips ,springs and hair clips.
