用途
TB燙平機的主要用途是燙平、熨平、烘乾大型平麵形狀的棉、化纖紡織品，例如：床單、窗簾、餐桌佈、等。具有烘燙效率高、速度快、平整度良好、速度調節方便、傳動平穩、安裝方便等特點，是鐵路、醫院、水洗廠、賓館飯店等大宗織物燙平的理想設備，特別適用於對平整度要求高的洗滌物熨燙。

設備遠程控製，操作方便，並可顯示燙臺溫度和熨滾速度。
采用國際先進的變頻調速系統，可任意調節燙平速度，方便省電。
蒸汽密封旋轉接頭采用高級密封材料，有效的阻止瞭蒸汽的泄露，使工作方便安全。
先進的電氣控製系統：采用變頻器、電腦、電位器相結合,實現人性化速度調節。
穩定的安全控製系統：有入料安全擋板、緊急開關、行程開關三部分組成。
配備嵌入式接料臺，使工作方便、快捷。
采用日本原裝進口燙帶，耐高溫、耐腐蝕，壽命長於國內產品三倍時間。
所有導料輥采用不銹鋼工藝處理，不污染佈草，延長整機使用時間。

Application:
The series of machine is mainly used to iron and dry large and plane cotton and polyester textiles,such as sheets,curtain,table cloth etc..The machine has advantages of high ironing efficiency,fast speed adjusting,stable servingand easy installation. It’s the ideal equipment for railway stations,hospitals,hotels to handle large textiles.

It’s controlled by computer and easy to be operated. I displays the temperature of ironing table and speed of ironing roller.
We adopt advanced frequence converter to adjust the speed.
Seal joints made ofAdvanced sealing material avoid steam leaking.
Advanced controlled syetem:frequency converter,computer and potentionmeter.
Security system：safety guard forfabric;emergence swith; controlling swith.
Plug-in flat is convenient for working .
Japanese belt resists high temperature and corrosion.
Transporting roller made of stainless steel keeps the textile clean.
