Piston extrusion machine 

Piston extrusion machine we produced not only has the features as high accuracy, high efficiency and wide usability on different raw materials, but also can achieve the special requirements for different customers by refit our product (such as add special mould and additional devices).

The piston extruder is made of a plunger extrusion device and hydraulic system, vacuum system, heating system, pneumatic system and electrical system.
Each system Introduction:
1. Extrusion: by hydraulic cylinders, the barrel, the nose, etc..
2. Hydraulic system: piston pump.
3. Pneumatic device: used to control the nose switch (closed) cylinder such action. 
4. Electrical control system: Germany's Siemens and Japan's Fuji products.
5. The vacuum pumping system: first before the extruded plastic material evacuated to exclude the barrel, the the handpiece air inside and rubber compound inclusions of gas, thereby improving the quality of the products of the next step of vulcanization.
6. Operating system: semi-automatic and manual operation are two options, allowing users in the actual use of flexible, easy to operate.
