配備特點：

1.佈料使用無極變速系統,可做高低調速及正反切換控製,刀片不帶調速,佈料轉速匹配好即可達到最近裁切質量。

2.采用進口PLC及進口高精密步進系統控製切割寬度系統，配合進口精密滾珠絲桿及滑軌移位，高壽命，不易磨損，使切割寬度的精度達到0.1mm，最窄切割寬度為2mm，進刀切割時采用手柄拉進切割，簡單快捷。

3.操作界麵采用LCD中文顯示屏，所有操作，隻需要一個畫面，可同時設定四種分切寬度和次數，並顯示實際切割次數，並設有手動/自動轉換功能

4.配備雙麵磨刀系統，采用金剛石砂輪磨削，經久耐用，不易發熱，刀片磨後光潔度高，使用壽命是普通白玉剛砂輪的十倍，刀片不用拆卸，即可磨刀。刀片長期保持鋒利，達到最佳裁切質量，並附有自動吸塵裝置，保持佈料及軌道清潔。
