斜臂式機械手
結構與功能：
1.雙截式手臂采用特殊設計的皮帶倍速機構，可縮短上下手臂的結構高度，上下氣缸隻需一半的行程即可達到全行程和配合廠房較低之場所。
2.左右旋轉機構方便放置和調整，不需更換氣管及磁簧開關。
3.夾具旋轉機構，可以旋轉90度放置成品及水口。
4.全機可旋轉90度，換模時將固定把手松開即可，提升換模效率。
5.全機采用鋁合金精密鑄造，搭配精密加工，整機穩固可以承受高速運動和耐久使用。
6.上下手臂均采用進口的線性滑軌和鋁合金擠型梁、配合線性軸承及高剛性軸承鋼，能達到取出速度快、高效能、高精度、使用壽命長的要求。
STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS:
1.Specially designed belt multi-speed mechanism is employed for the double-load arm,which can shorten the structural height between upper and lower arms,For the upper and lower cylinders,the full-stroke effects can be realized with the move of only half stroke.This design is particularly suitable for low-height plants.
2.The left-right rotating mechanism makes placing and adjustment easier,without the need to change the air pipe and reed switch.
3.With the rotation mechanism,the clamp can rotate by90degrees to place the final products and runner.
4.As the whole machine can rotate by90degrees,you only need to loosen the handle when you change the mold,enhancing the mold-change efficiency.
5.The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy through casting process.Due to the precise machining,the product is highly stable and durable even if it runs at high speed.
6.The linear slide rail and aluminum alloy beam,along with linear bearing and high-rigidity bearing steel,are employed so as to meet the requirements of high-speed take-out,high efficiency,high precision and long service time.

1.TYP系列適用於30-280T的各型臥式射出成型機，用於取出兩板模的成品及水口。
2.單截式型號有TYP-550/650，雙截式型號有TYP-750/850，上下行程從550-850mm，專用於兩板模具。
3.單功能用於夾水口，全功能可以夾水口或同時夾水口與吸成品。
4.機械手可以提高產能、降低產品的不良率和精準的控製生產量。
5.保障操作人員的安全性、減少人工和浪費。
ConFIGURATION AND APPLICATION:
1.TYP series products are used to take out the final products and runner of two-plate mold for horizontal injection molding machines with models ranging 30-280T.
2.Single-load model is TYP-550/650，double-load model is TYP-750/850.The vertical stroke range is 550-850mm,exclusively used for two-plate molds.
3.Single-function model is used to nip the runner,and full-function model to nip the runner or simultaneously suck the final product and nip the runner.
4.Manipulator can be used to increase production capacity,lower non-conforming rate and precisely control the output.
5.Operator’s safety is ensured and labor and costs reduced.
