立式機械手
結構與功能：
1.左右旋轉機構，方便放置調整，不需更換氣管及磁簧開關。
2.夾具旋轉機構，可以旋轉180度放置成品及水口。全機可旋轉45-90度。
3.上下手臂均采用進口的線性滑軌和鋁合金擠型梁配合線性軸承及高剛性軸承鋼，能達到取出速度快、高效能、高精度、使用壽命長的要求。
STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS:
1.The left-right rotating mechanism makes placing and adjustment easier,without the need to change the air pipe and reed switch.
2.With the rotation mechanism,the clamp can rotate by 90 degrees to place the final products and runner.The whole machine can rotate by 45-90 degrees.
3.The linear slide rail and aluminum alloy beam,along with linear bearing and high-rigidity bearing steel,are employed so as to meet the requirements of high-speed take-out,high efficiency,high precision and long service time.

1.TYV系列適用於50-200T的各型立式射出成型機。用於取出兩板模具的成品或水口。
2.手臂型式為單截式，上下行程從550-650mm，用於兩板、三板模具。
3.機械手可以提高產能、降低產品的不良率和精準的控製產量。

ConFIGURATION AND APPLICATION:
1.TYV series products are used to take out the final products and runner of two-plate mold for vertical injection molding machines with models ranging50-200T.
2.Single-load mode is employed for the arm.The vertical stroke range is 550-650 mm,used for two or three-plate molds.
3.Manipulator can be used to increase production capacity,lower non-conforming rate and precisely control the output.
4.Operator’s safety is ensured and labor and costs reduced.
