2.特性 和用途
外包絕緣紙型PTC是一種表麵絕緣的新型 PTC發熱體.在普通 PTC元件的兩側安裝上一對帶引線的金屬電療，再在金屬電療的外表套上絕緣黃紙，結構簡單；無需另加控溫裝置即可恒溫發熱且絕緣強度高、安全可靠、可持續發熱功率穩定、使用電壓范圍廣、使用壽命長,另外外形尺寸靈活多樣，可根據客戶實際需要訂做各種型號規格。
PTC加熱芯具有升溫快和自動控溫；使用安全；不燃燒；發熱時不發紅；無明火，結構小巧；安全方便等優良性能。電壓使用范圍可根據需要在12V-220V之間設計，主要用用與燙發板、 卷發器、美容器、按摩器、熔蠟器、蒸汽發梳、熱熔膠槍、點烙鐵和機器設備的防潮。
外包絕緣紙型PTC發熱體現廣泛應用於燙發夾、卷發器、電夾板、離子燙、陶瓷燙、蒸麵器、美膚蠟療機等一系列美容美發器材系列。另外也可根據客戶實際需要用在一些需加熱保溫的小傢電、電子設備等產品上麵.

1.工作電壓12V/24V/110V/240V;絕緣電壓3750V/1sec，PTC元件耐電壓100%全檢,110V耐電壓為400V/min,220V耐電壓為550V/min；
2.器件表麵溫度為70℃~300℃;溫度公差小於±5℃；
3.高溫導線、套管及絕緣膜按客戶要求訂做,材料采用符合安規標準及RoHS要求；
4.具有升溫快,沖擊電流小、通電擊穿率極低等特點；
5.特殊規格(低電壓、外形尺寸、結構)可以按客戶要求制造。
