6.空氣加熱型PTC

1.表麵不帶電PTC發熱器系列Non-Surface-Electrified PTC heater Series

表麵不帶電 PTC發熱器是一類大功率的需吹風且散熱體不帶電的 PTC發熱器。PTC元件安裝在鋁管內且與鋁管絕緣，鋁管外裝有翅片或槽狀散熱片。具有安全可靠、功率穩定、噪音小、壽命長、機械強度好等優點。由於安全性能好，主要應用於冷暖空調機、暖風機、消毒櫃、乾燥器等大功率傢用發熱器件上.

帶電波紋PTC發熱體是一類大功率吹風PTC發熱體，在普通PTC元件的兩側粘上波紋狀的散熱體，波紋孔可供熱風通過.具有發熱量大、功率穩定、使用方便壽命長、可靠性高、無明火等一系列優點。已廣泛應用於暖風機、冷暖空調機、消毒櫃、乾衣機、乾燥箱等傢用發熱設備上

加熱器使用註意事項
1.PTC加熱器的功率受外部環境影響很大，理想的測試方法是在標準工況下安裝在整機中進行。通常為便於雙方檢驗確認，實際操作時，是以在整機中確認的封樣件來調整模擬風道的相關參數後測試的。測試時環境溫度一般保持在20～25℃左右。
2.PTC加熱器在工作時有熱膨脹現象，故在結構設計時應考慮加熱器周圍留有一定間隙（5mm以上）；
3.若選用表麵帶電型加熱器，在設計時還應考慮防觸電措施及蒸發器結霜時的安全間距，確保沒有人體、金屬物和霜層觸及的可能。選用表麵絕緣型加熱器則較為安全；
4.加熱器裝接三相供電時，應采用Y型連接，且中性點必須接零線，避免因三相不平衡造成某路加熱器端電壓過高的故障隱患

PTC加熱器特性
PTC加熱器采用PTCR熱敏陶瓷元件，由若乾單片組合後與波紋散熱鋁條經高溫膠粘結組成，具有熱阻小、換熱效率高的顯著優點。它的最大特點在於其安全性，即遇風機故障堵轉時，PTC加熱器因得不到充分散熱，功率會自動急劇下降，此時加熱器的表麵溫度維持限定在居裡溫度左右（一般為220℃），從而不致產生電熱管類加熱器表麵的“發紅”現象，排除瞭發生事故的隱患。
本公司MZFR系列加熱器目前已廣泛應用於傢用空調器的熱泵輔助加熱、商用中央空調及加熱類小傢電產品。

PTC Heaters
The PTC heater is composed of several PTCR ceramic components adhered to wave Al tube by high temperature. It features in low thermal resistance and high coefficient of heat transmission.Besides, when the fan blocked,power of PTC heater would dro down sharply due to insufficient dissipation.Meanwhile surface temperature of heater would remain at the level of curie temperature,which is usually 220℃so that potential accident would be eliminated.
At present, our MZFR series have been extensively applied in home aircondition,commercial aircondition as well as household heating appliances.

PTC加熱器功率與風速、環境溫度的關系
下圖以MZFR-J1230 220V 1200W的PTC加熱器為例，描述功率與風速、功率與環境溫度的關系曲線（趨勢）。（標準測試風速4.5m，環境溫度25℃）。

PTC加熱器耐久性（功率衰減）

PTC加熱器耐久性的優劣，一般以投入運行後的功率衰減率來加以衡量。由《行業標準》規定，工作1000h後功率衰減率應≤10％。下麵是本公司常規絕緣型加熱器產品的衰減曲線圖。

Durability of PTC Heaters（Decay Rate）
Decay rate is used for evaluating the durance of PTC heaters. According to Industry Standard,the decay rate should ≤10％after working for 1000hours. Here below is the decay rate chart of our standard insulation PTC heaters.
