適用范圍Scope of Application
XT-P型電子皮帶秤適合安裝在傾斜角度較小的帶式輸送機上,對松散狀物料進行連續稱量累積的計量設備。本產品適用於建材、水泥、化工、煤炭、港口、礦山、陶瓷、飼料等行業的用料累積統計。
The XT-P electronic belt scale is suitable to be installed on a belt conveyor of a small inclination angle, and is a measuring device for continuous weighing and accumulating of loose materials. The machine is applicable to cumulative statistics of materials for building materials, cements, chemical industry, coal, harbors, mining areas, ceramics and feed etc.
工作原理Work Principle
當有物料經過安裝於輸送機架上的稱重橋架時,計量托輥檢測到皮帶上的物料重量,通過稱重傳感器產生一個正比於皮帶載荷的電流信號。速度傳感器直接連接在傳動滾筒上並提供一系列脈沖,脈沖的頻率正比於皮帶速度的速度信號。控制機表接收載荷電流信號和速度信號運算一個瞬時流量值和累積重量。
When materials pass the weighing bridge installed on the conveyor frame, the weighing roller detects the weight of the materials on the belt, and a current signal in direct proportion to the belt load is generated by the weighing sensor. The speed sensor is directly connected to the driving cylinders and provides a series of impulses the frequency of which are in direct proportion to the speed signal of the belt. The control instrument receives the load current signal and speed signal and calculates an instantaneous flow value and a cumulative weight valve.
