產品介紹

蓄熱瓷球是一種以AL2O3、高嶺土、合成骨料，莫來石晶體等材質製成。按照滾製和機壓成型法兩種。比表麵積可達到240m2/m3。在使用時眾多小球將氣流分割成很小流股，氣流在蓄熱體中流過時，形成強烈的紊流，有效的沖破瞭蓄熱體表麵的附麵層，又由於球徑很小，傳導半徑小、熱阻小、密度高、導熱性好，故可實現蓄熱式燒嘴頻繁且快速換向的要求。

產品規格：Φ16mm、Φ18mm、Φ20mm、Φ25mm、Φ30mm（特殊規格可按訂單生產）。

蓄熱瓷球具有強度高，耐磨損；導熱率和熱容量大，蓄熱效率高；熱穩定性好，溫度劇變時不易破裂等優點。特別適用於空氣分離設備蓄熱器和鋼鐵廠高爐煤氣加熱爐作蓄熱填料，通過對煤氣和空氣進行雙預熱，使燃燒溫度快速達到軋鋼對鋼坯加熱的要求。

產品用途

蓄熱球適用於氣體及非氣體燃料工業爐的蓄熱球燃燒系統選用，特別適用於鋼鐵行業虛熱式加熱爐、蓄熱式鋼包烘烤器、空分行業空氣分離設備蓄熱器、有色金屬行業蓄熱式熔煉爐，也可用在大型鍛造廠蓄熱式臺車爐、蓄熱式電鍋爐、蓄熱式焚化爐等行業做蓄熱載體。

註意事項

運輸與裝卸：在運輸過程中，不得用鐵鉤拖拽，應防止與堅硬物質混裝，不可強烈振動、磨擦、踩、砸，嚴禁拋擲，應輕裝輕卸，以減少包裝破碎，影響使用。

儲存：應儲存於陰涼乾燥處，防止內外包裝袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空氣中其它物質，影響使用效果。嚴禁與有毒有害氣體或易揮發物質混放，存放要遠離污染源。
