1       擠料系統/ extrusion system

1. 螺桿：根據原料的加工性能特殊設計，材質38CrMoAlA，氮化處理，硬度≥800，脆性≤2級；/screw: specially designed based on material’s trait, High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA，with nitriding surface HV≥800，brittleness≤2；
2. 機筒：優質氮化結構鋼38CrMoAlA，材質38CrMoAlA，氮化處理，硬度HV≥900，脆性≤2級；/ barrel: High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA，with nitriding surface HV≥900，brittleness≤2;
3. 驅動方式：變頻調速+硬齒面減速箱；/ drive mode: inverter + hard gear surface decelerator;
4. 加熱方式：采用陶瓷加熱器；/ heating mode: porcelain heaters;
5. 溫度控制：采用模塊化溫度控制；/ temperature controlling: automatic temperature control model;
6. 冷卻方式：自動風冷。/ Mode of cooling: automatic fan cooler.

2.模頭系統/ die head system

1. 中心進料模頭，徹底消除制品匯合線，表面色澤均勻，並且聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯模頭可通用；/central incoming die head, totally eliminating the converging line of products, the surface is colorful and uniform; this die head is able to be used to match polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC and so on;
2. 可配置雙模頭（中心距130mm）、肆模頭（中心距85mm）；（其他規格須定制）；/ according to the different product, there is one series of die head for choice, such as double die (center distance: 130mm), Tetra-die (center distance: 85mm);
3. 加熱方式：采用不銹鋼加熱圈；/ heating mode: stainless steel heater;
4. 溫度控制：模塊化溫度控制；/ temperature controlling: temperature controlling model;
5. 開合模、移模裝置/ clamping system
   1. 采用大梁臂中心鎖模，三點位平衡合模系統；矩形直線導軌+圓柱導軌單工位平移模系統，鎖模力大，變形量小，受力均衡，並且移模快速平穩;/ Large arm cylinder axel, three point balance system, rectangular linear guide + cylinder guide single station platen translation system, larger clamping force, minimal distortion, under uniform press, speedy and stable translation.
   2. 可按用戶或樣品的成型要求改進設計，以提高生產效率。/ Redesign in accordance with the molding requirement of the sample for efficient productivity.
   3. 機臺/ Frame：具有升降功能/ it’s able to move up and down。
   4. 液壓系統/hydraulic system

液壓主系統采用比例壓力控制，配置臺灣Haitack液壓閥，臺灣信頌液壓泵，具有動作平穩，準確，使用壽命長，響應好等特點/ adopted proportional pressure controlling, with hydraulic valve of Taiwan Haitack and pump of Taiwan Sensor, balanced and accurate action, prolonged useful life, sensitive response.；

1. 電氣控制系統/ electric controlling system
   1. 電氣控制系統采用美國艾默生PLC進行整機的動作程序控制；采用臺灣HITECH液晶顯示器及觸摸鍵進行整機通訊、參數設定、修改和畫面顯示；各工藝參數可直接進行設定修改，並且具有較完善的故障診斷功能，畫面操作直觀，方便/Program controlling withAmerica AmersonPLC; complete machine communication, parameter setting / modification and menu displaying with the Taiwan Hitech liquid crystal display and touch screen; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently。
   2. 擠出電機采用進口變頻器控制加合金鋼硬齒面磨齒減速箱傳動，具有省電，靜音，輸出螺桿轉速穩定等特點/ Extrusion motor with the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving, saving power, lower noise, balanced and stable screw rotation。

   7.安全裝置：安全門、安全開關保護/ Safety configuration: safety door, safety switch protectin。
