While order is placed, pls clearly states the colors and quantity you want, we'll make P/I for you, and deliver goods in 3 days once you pay.
現貨供應--陶瓷現貨：
For Ready Stock-- Ceramic Lamp Stands on stock:
客戶向我廠下單，確認欲購產品顏色與數量，由我廠出具訂單明細，有陶瓷現貨，需時間配燈飾，客戶付款後10天內我廠便發貨。
While order is placed, pls clearly states the colors and quantity you want, we'll make P/I for you. If there are ceramic vases on stock, we only need some time for fitting them with lights, goods will be sent out in 10 days once you pay.
新品訂購：
Order for New Items:
我司經常有些新產品供不應求，客戶下單後我廠需時間生產，我廠出具訂單合同，客戶先付30%訂金，收到訂金後我廠安排生產，產品完成後通知客戶，客戶付清餘款，我廠即刻發貨。
Demand of New designs always exceeds supply, in this case, if order is placed, it'll take about one month for production. P/I will be provided to buyer, and we'll arrange production on receipt of 30% deposit. When goods are ready, they will be delivered once balance is paid.
若客戶有自己的陶瓷或燈飾項目欲尋找供應商合作，可先提供圖片及相關信息，我廠將給予報價，若價格合適，客戶下單，可寄來樣品，確定相關明細，付30% 訂金，我廠便安排生產產品完成後通知客戶，客戶付清餘款，我廠即刻發貨。若下單前客戶需要樣品，寄來原樣品，並支付相關模具費用。樣品確認後若下訂單，該筆樣品費將返還給客戶。
If you have your own ceramic or lighting items looking for supplier, we'll quote to you if detailed information with photo is provided. If our price is satisfactory and order comes, we'll prefer to get the original sample for clearer details. While P/I is made, mass production will be arranged on receipt of 30% deposit. When goods are ready, they will be delivered once balance is paid. If any samples needed before mass product, mould charge should be paid by buyer, this amount of money will be returned back to buyer once order is placed.

陶瓷 臺燈：燈體與燈罩分開包裝，燈體 內盒+泡沫+外箱 包裝
Ceramic Table Lamps: Shades will be packed seperately with the lamps, packing of lamps: Inner box + foam + normal carton
陶瓷鋁線燈：泡沫+外箱
Aluminium Lamps with Ceramic Vases: foam + normal carton
我廠報價均為出廠價，運費由客戶自己支付，貨運公司可由客戶指定。產品包裝我廠將會包裝妥當結實，若運輸過程中有所損傷，將通過協商，酌情處理。
Above quoted price is EXW price with freight collect, and the transportation company can be decided by buyer. We'll pack goods as strong as we can, if any damage occur on the way, wish could solve the problem throught negotiation.
