十、XW系列下部給礦濕式磁選機

適用範圍與特點：

永磁筒式磁選機。濕式機型槽體分為順流式、半逆流式和逆流式三種給礦槽體。

順流式槽體主要用於粗顆粒礦石預選、提純及選礦粗選作業，此槽型精選礦品位好。適用給礦粒度範圍≤6mm。

半逆流式槽體主要用於精選作業和尾礦提純，由於該機槽下部插有噴水管，把礦漿沖成鬆散的懸浮狀態，有利於提高選別的指標，回收率高，精礦質量最好。適用於給礦粒度範圍≤0.5MM。

逆流槽體的給礦方向與圓筒的轉動方向和磁性產品的移動方向相反，它給予精礦粒較長的滯留選別時間，所以精礦品位最好，但回收率較低，給礦粒度≤3MM。
