產品簡介：

1、本機是一種用旋轉滾筒的正反轉作用，通過篩網，可以將潮濕的粉末原料研成顆粒之用，亦可以廣泛用作粉碎已壓瞭塊子而為現成的顆粒之用。

2、在化學藥品方麵用作混合的粉末研成顆粒，烘乾後壓製片劑，又可以粉碎在貯藏期間而黏結成塊的或在化學加工過程中所結成塊的粉子。

3、它不適合於半固體、流質、漿狀或磨碎之用。

Main Technical Specificatings:

機件潤滑：

1、本機使用自動潤滑，使用中無需加油，但須經常註意，潤滑系統的管路堵塞，隨時察看機身上端的視孔中輸油情況。

2、全部潤滑用機油存儲在減速器內，其存油量保持在油麵線上（前麵視線為紅線）油質必須保持清潔，如經常使用，每隔三月換新油一次，在減速器下部機座上裝有油塞，供放油之用。

保養說明：

1、定期檢查機件，每月進行一次，檢查蝸輪蝸桿、齒條、軸承等活動部分是否運轉靈活和磨損情況。發現缺陷應及時修復，不得勉強使用。

2、機器應放在乾燥清潔的室內使用，其空氣中不得含有酸類以及其它對機件腐蝕性氣體流動的場所使用，室內濕度不高於80度。

3、正常保持機器清潔，在一次使用完畢後或停工時，應取出旋轉滾筒進行清洗和刷清鬥內剩餘粉子，然後裝妥，為下次使用做好準備工作。

4、如停用時間較長，必須機器全身揩擦清潔。機件的光麵塗上防銹油，用佈篷罩好。
