Overview

l       MLP - 20E automatic fiber polisher using industrial microcomputer development. Sets motor speed, timing, counting, improve the stability of the machine. Adopted advanced technology, the key of increasing machine and waterproof properties.

l       8 groups process programming including: grinding time programming,

 increasing number of programming time programming.

l       LCD blue backlight shows.

2. Basic function

A: working powers: AC220V 50Hz or AC110V 60Hz.

B: speed: 10r/m ~ 100r/m.

C: technics programming

It can save 8 groups programming in the MLP-20E polisher. including: grinding time, several set and automatic adding time of programming..

D:automatic counter

Each time you feel the start button, then automatically add 1 counter.

E: automatic turn off the power

5 minutes without operation, automatic turn off the power.

F: sound function

The machine will have a "BB" sound,When the key is felt and the programming is end.

G: memory function

All data will be saved in the machine. I t will can not lost when the power is trun off 

H:Buffer

Buffer to protect machines, protect polishing film .
