船體部分 Hull parts
本船船體為方型、橫骨架式結構。按中國船級社《鋼質船舶入級與建造規范》(2002 年)內河 A 級航區進行設計。船體為全焊接的鋼結構,船體結構的鋼材均選用中國船級社(CCS)認可的焊接性好的船用鋼材。
This dredger possesses rectangle structure. It is designed according to the requirements of RULES AND GUIDANCE FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF STEEL SHIPS( Year 2002) for ships in the level A of inland river . The hull is made of steel by welding and the steel meets the requirements of CCS.
為便於運輸通行,將挖泥船操縱室及休息室設計為可拆卸結構,其與機艙及甲板等的連接管、線均設計為易拆裝接頭,以保證挖泥船在通過低橋洞時可便捷地將操縱室進行拆卸、安裝,提高船的適用性。
In order to be transported conveniently, the wheel house is made with the structure that can be assembled and dissembled easily. All the connecting pipes and line connecting the wheel house with engine cabin and deck have connectors with the characters above.
整個船體由 3 組浮箱組成:1 個主浮箱、兩個邊浮箱,浮箱之間由位於甲板和船底的連接板及連接鉤聯結,均采用高強度的螺栓和螺母緊固。
The hull is made up of three pontoons, one main pontoon and two side pontoons. The pontoons are connected together byconnecting plank and hooks on the top and bottom of the pontoon.They are all fixed with high quality bolts and nuts.
