該款減速離合器是波輪式全自動洗衣機的重要部件，其結構上采用瞭雙棘輪、雙棘爪結構，製動桿可以雙行程動作，配用雙行程牽引器，洗衣時脫水桶在水流的作用下可以產生與波輪相對的旋轉，形成手搓效果，從而提高衣物的洗凈率。同時，離合器內還有脫水製動裝置，安全可靠。該離合器體積小，機構緊湊，運行平穩，安裝方便。
Performance and Application:
This model of reducing clutch is an important component in automatic impeller washing machine .A dual-ratchet and dual-pawl mechanism is adopted in structure .Its brake rod can run in dual-stroke .The spinning tub can be turned by friction of water current in reverse direction relative to impeller rotation ,so as to get scrubbing action and improve the washing effect .Meanwhile ,a spinning brake mechanism is fixed in clutch .All these make this clutch convenient in assembly ,steady in operation ,compact in structure and safe in use.
