木質隔熱防火門：

木質隔熱防火門系列遵照國標GB12955-2008研製而成，經國傢檢測中心檢驗合格，耐火極限分別達到甲、乙、丙級防火要求。

選材說明：

門框：采用優質鐵杉，並經過防火阻燃處理。

門扇：內骨架采用雙麵貼矽酸鈣防火板，表麵貼各種裝飾麵板，內腔內填耐溫1200℃以上的優質膨脹珍珠巖板。

麵漆：調和漆、清漆或色精漆。

五金：不銹鋼防火鎖（或管井鎖）、防火鉸鏈、閉門器等。

麵板：可選用各種木質鑲板、實木、夾板飾麵、PVC或防火膠版飾麵並可配視口。

主要性能參數：

耐火極限：甲級為1.5h,乙級為1.0 h，丙級為0.5 h。

隔音效果：具有滿意的隔音效果，丙級產品隔聲RW≥23dB。

裝飾性：具有木門的一切裝飾特點。

鋼質防火門的結構特點：鋼質防火門是由門框、門扇通過合頁連接形成的，門上應配置閉門器、防火鎖，雙扇門還應加裝暗插銷（裝在固定扇一側）和順位器，以防門扇中縫的搭疊。如門有上亮，門扇需加裝玻璃，應加裝具有與門同等防火極限的防火玻璃。由於鋼板幅麵尺寸的約束，單扇門板在門麵無接縫的情況下，門寬可製作尺寸為≤1200mm。甲乙丙級防火門內部填充隔熱系數不同的不燃材料加工而成，甲乙丙級門厚度均小於45mm。門框結構有單雙止口的兩種斷麵。異型大斷麵主要是為框包墻結構設計的。具有高隔音、氣密性要求的防火門多采用四麵框（下檻帶止口並加設密封槽，槽內加裝氯丁橡膠條。我廠提供的防火門是可通過消防驗收，可提供一切證明。

The frames are made of quality cold-rolled steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 1.2mm or 1.5mm.Inside the frame flanges are enchased fire protection strips which have the function of smoke insulation. The horizontal and vertical frames can be joined with a right angle or 45°angle.

Door Leaf

The door leaves are made of quality cold-rolled steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 0.8mm or 1.0mm. There are no welding points on the door leaf surface by advanced technology. Environment-friendly fire proof materials and adhesive with high fire rating used inside.

Finishes

Static powder coating (RAL color) and PVC laminated steel.
