一、產品概述
FLHY5CX-13三相組合式過電壓保護器（三相組合式避雷器）是用於保護電力設備絕緣免受過電壓危害的保護電器，是一種新型的避雷器，其特點在限製相地之間過電壓的同時，又對相間過電壓進行有效地限製，這是普通避雷器無法做到的。廣泛應用於保護真空開關，旋轉電機，並聯補償電容器，發電廠，變電站等等，這種組合式保護器已運行瞭十幾年，實踐證明是一種切實可行有效限製相間過電壓的措施，一臺組合式保護器可起到六臺普通避雷器的作用。由於保護器內部采用瞭大容量氧化鋅電阻片作為主要元件，它具有良好的伏安特性和吸收過電壓的能力，對保護設備能提供可靠的保護，深受電力系統的歡迎。
Ⅰ. Product Overview
FLHY5CX-13 three phase combined type over-voltage protector (three phase combined arrester) is a kind of protecting electric appliance used to protect the power equipment insulation from over-voltage. It is the new type lightning arrester, which can limit the over-voltage between phase and ground, at the same time limit effectively the over-voltage interphase. For the common arrester is can not achieve to this requirement. The new type arrester is widely used to protect vacuum switch, rotating motor, parallel compensation capacitor, power plant and transformer substation and so on. The combined type protector has been put into operation for more than 10 years, practice shows that it is a kind of feasible and effective measure limiting interphase over-voltage. For 1 set combined type protector, it is equal to 6 common arresters. The high capacity zinc oxide resistor disc is adopted inside the protector as the main element, so the protector possesses good voltage current characteristic and the ability of absorbing over-voltage. The combined protector is well received by the power system due to the reliable protection.
二、使用條件
① 環境溫度為—40℃～+40℃；海拔高度不超過4000M；
② 電源頻率不小於48Hz，不超過62Hz；
③ 長期施加在避雷器端子間的工頻電壓應不超過避雷器的持續運行電壓；
④ 地震烈度8度及以下地區；
⑤ 最大風速不超過35m/s；
Ⅱ. Operating Conditions
(1) Environment temperature: -40℃~ +40℃; altitude: less than 4000m;
(2) Power frequency: 48~62Hz;
(3) The power frequency voltage applying between arrester terminals for a long time shall not exceed the Continuous Operating Voltage of arrester;
(4) Areas with earthquake intensity less than or equal to 8 degrees;
(5) The maximum wind speed: no more than 35m/s;
三、FLHY5CX-13線路防雷過電壓保護器的防雷原理
線路防雷過電壓保護器由氧化鋅限流元件（無間隙氧化鋅避雷器）、特製間隙（裸線夾或絕緣穿刺線夾）、金屬聯結調節件共同組成。線路防雷過電壓保護器與絕緣子並聯安裝。
當線路受雷電沖擊過電壓或工頻過電壓的影響時，幅值達到絕緣子閃絡的臨界點前，防雷過電壓保護器間隙放電，避雷器對地導通將能量釋放，確保絕緣子及導線的正常工作。在正常工作狀態下，工頻電壓被間隙隔離，保護器不受持續工頻續流影響，限流元件處於高阻狀態，確保瞭電力系統的正常運行。
Ⅲ. The Anti-thunder Principle of the FLHY5CX-13 Circuit lightning Protection Over-voltage Protector
The circuit anti-thunder over-voltage protector is composed of zinc oxide current limiting element (gapless zinc oxide arrester), purpose made clearance (bare wire nip or insulation piercing connector) and metal jointing regulating part. The circuit anti-thunder over-voltage protector and insulator are in parallel installation.
If the circuit is impacted by lightning impulse over-voltage or power frequency over-voltage, before the amplitude reach to insulator flashover critical point, the anti-thunder over-voltage protector gap discharge, and the arrester release energy to earth, in this way to guarantee the normal operation of insulator and conductor. While in the normal working condition, the power frequency voltage is isolated by the gap, the protector does not impacted by the continued power frequency, the current limiting element is in the high impedance state, guaranteeing the power system in normal operation.
四、 結構特點
1.采用特製的棒-棒間隙，獨特的圓弧設計，科學的空中十字交叉安裝方式，避免瞭導線受風擺、季節變化對間隙的影響，增強瞭間隙放電的穩定性，這種間隙是目前同類產品中最科學、最穩定的產品；

Ⅳ. Structure Characteristic
1. Adopt the specially made rod-rod gap, unique circular arc design, the scientific air cross installation, avoid guide line swing due to wind and the impact of seasonal variation to gap, increase the stability of gap discharge. This kind of gap is the most scientific and the most stabilized product among the similar products at present;
2. The coordinate application of gap and arrester does not produce arc, for other circuit anti-thunder products cannot meet such requirement, and this can improve the service life.
3. Adopt slide hole connection design, can be adjusted freely according to different height of insulators, so as to meet the required best distance of lightning protection gap;
4. The recombination outer is entirely mould pressing, possess well performance of sealing, anti-explosion, humidity resistance, leakage mark resistance, electrical erosion resistance, stain resistance and hydrophobicity;
