This system is mainly designed for overall control of equipment in feed mill.

系統說明：

System description:

飼料車間所有設備均在電腦上控製，設備運行以動態顯示。

All the equipment in feed mill will be controlled by computer with dynamic display of their operations.

利用PLC程序，實現設備的聯鎖程啟程停，減少維修難度。

With PLC program, all the equipment are interlocked and will be started and stopped by program, thus to enable easy maintenance.

采用上、下位機協作，實現配料過程自動化，提高配料精度。

By coordination between master and slaver computers, the blending process is automated, thus to guarantee high blending precision.

總線結構，自動生成生產數據，方便查詢，生產流程優化。

Bus structure is adopted to automatically generate production data which can be easily queried. And the production process is optimized.

結構組成：

Structure:

主要由工業計算機、液晶顯示器、志美機表（DP總線型）、托利多傳感器、西門子WINCC組態軟件、西門子原裝供電電源10A、西門子300系列PLC、CP5612進口通訊卡、原裝西門子DP電纜、琴式工作臺、UPS不間斷電源等組成。

The system includes following parts: industrial computer, LCD display, Chimei instrument(DP BUS), Toledo sensor, Siemens WINCC configuration software, Siemens original power supply 10A, Siemens 300 series PLC, CP5612 communication card, Siemens DP cable, console workbench and UPS.
