本系統把高靈敏的氦質譜技術，應用在鋰電池生產過程測漏工藝環節，尤其針對動力汽車鋰電池高安全性的使用要求，我公司開發這套氦檢系統能夠保證動力鋰電池的高精度檢測。該系統集成3級檢測：真空測大漏~氦質譜測漏~測短路；單工位檢測值為1個/60秒,系統應用瞭並行機器人配合多工位提高檢出率,極大縮短檢測時間,提高生產效率.
This system the high sensitivity of helium mass spectrometry technology and application in production process of lithium battery leak detection process, especially according to the requirement of the use of electric vehicle lithium battery with high safety, our company developed the helium test system can guarantee the high precision measurement of power lithium battery. The system integration level 3 detection: vacuum measuring leakage ~ helium mass spectrometer leak ~ short-circuit test; single station detection value is 1 / 60 seconds. The system applied the parallel robot with multi station to improve the detection rate, greatly shorten the testing time and improve production efficiency.

The system can be integrated to the reservoir to power & lithium battery before and after the automatic production line, according to need to be equipped with multi position, and can also provide single helium test for a laboratory environment.
