技術特點:
1>主軋機、開卷機和機前機後卷取機采用全數字直流調速,可控矽供電。機組PLC控製。
2>全液壓壓下,計算機厚度自動控製(AGC)。液壓AGC系統采用兩級計算機控製,不僅具有恒輥縫,恒軋製力,厚度監控功能並且具有張力AGC等。
3>軋機具有壓下調偏、工作輥正/負彎輥、中間輥正彎輥控製手段;中間輥橫移預設定和分段冷卻等板形控製手段。大軋製力、大軋製力矩、大張力軋製等手段有效保證厚差可控。
4>開卷機具有CPC自動對中功能。卷取機自動卷齊(EPC)、準確停車、圈數記憶、帶尾自動減速停車。
5>工作輥、中間輥快速換輥。
6>軋機電氣系統具有過載保護,斷帶保護和緊急停車等安全保護系統;主機和卷取機具有帶尾自動減速、準確停車功能;圈數記憶功能。
7>軋機速度控製;開卷、卷取機速度/張力控製,數字顯示。
8>軋製線標高自動、快速調整。
9>軋機軸承油霧潤滑。
10>機組生產工藝聯鎖及故障報警采用PLC可編程控製,實現生產過程自動化。
11>機組具有工藝過程參數的預設定、工藝過程參數和設備關鍵參數的檢測、顯示和報警系統。故障自診斷、報警、斷帶自動保護。

4.Technical Features: 1)The master rolling mill, uncoiler, head and rear recoilers are all powered by controllable silicon, can be adjusted by complete digital devices. PLC control adopted; 2)Full hydraulic pressing down, the thickness is controlled by AGC automatically. The hydraulic AGC system adopts 2-stage computer controls, additional to the functions of constant roller seam, constant rolling force and thickness monitoring, it also bring tension AGC, etc; 3)The rolling mill has the functions of deviation rectifying when pressing down, work roller curve rolling positively and negatively, as well as belt shape controlling methods of mid roller positively rolling, mid roller horizontal move pre-setting, cold treating in stages, etc. The thick-difference can be guaranteed controllable by the techniques of heavy rolling force, heavy rolling force moment, heavy tension rolling methods,; 4)CPC automatic centering function is granted to uncoiler, besides, the recoiler can carry out operations of automatic reeling up (EPC), accurately stopping, circle number counting, automatically decelerate and stop when belt rear passing through; 5)The work and mid rollers can be replaced quickly; 6)Overload and belt breaking protections, emergency stop mechanisms are introduced into rolling mill electrical system. Both the master mill and the recoiler have the capabilities of automatically decelerating, actually stopping and belt circle number counting; 7)Digital indicators can exactly reflect the mill speed control, uncoiling and recoiling speed and tension control; 8)The rolling line level can be fast and automatically adjusted; 9)The rolling mill bearing lubricated by oil fog; 10)Interlocking mechanism adopted in the producing processes, failure alarms are controlled by PLC, an automatic production is therefore realized; 11)The mill is also equipped with process parameter pre-setting, procedure parameter and key equipment parameter examining, indicating and alarming systems, ensuring failure self diagnose, alarm, and belt breaking automatic protection. |
