【蓄熱球產品介紹】

      上海頂央蓄熱球又稱球狀蓄熱體，具有重燒線收縮率低、高溫荷重軟化溫度高、耐腐蝕、強度高、蓄放熱量大、熱震穩定性好、導熱性能好、熱膨脹系數小等顯著特點，是優良的耐火材料。

【蓄熱球的特性】

      1、比表麵積可達到240m2/m3。

      2、眾多小球將氣流分割成很小流股，氣流在蓄熱體中流過時，形成強烈的紊流，有效的沖破瞭蓄熱體表麵的附麵層，又因球徑小，傳導半徑小、熱阻小、密度高、導熱性好，故可實現蓄熱式燒嘴頻繁且快速換向要求。

      3、蓄熱體可利用20~30次/h的換向，高溫煙氣流經蓄熱體床層內，便可將煙氣降至130℃左右排放。

      4、高溫煤氣和空氣流經蓄熱體在相同路徑內即可預熱到僅比煙氣溫度低100℃左右，溫度效率高達90%以上。

      5、因蓄熱體體積十分小巧，加之小球床的流通能力強，即使積灰後阻力增加也不影響熱換指標。

      6、蓄熱小球具有抗氧化、抗渣性強的特點。

      7、陶瓷小球的更換、清洗非常方便，並可重復使用。

【蓄熱球的應用領域】

     蓄熱球適用於氣體及非氣體燃料工業爐的蓄熱球燃燒系統選用，特別適用於鋼鐵行業蓄熱式加熱爐、蓄熱式鋼包烘烤器、空分行業空氣分離設備蓄熱器、有色金屬行業蓄熱式熔煉爐，也可用在大型鍛造廠蓄熱式臺車爐、蓄熱式電鍋爐、蓄熱式焚化爐等行業做蓄熱載體。

     蓄熱球通過對煤氣（高爐、轉爐）和空氣雙預熱（油類、高熱值煤氣等則采取助燃空氣單蓄熱方式），可使蓄熱式加熱爐達到排煙量減少20-50%，排煙溫度降至小於150度，產量提高 15-20%，鋼坯加熱時間縮短50%，氧化燒損降低30-50%的環保節能效果。
