安裝與調試
1.主機安裝成整體，一般不必加地腳螺栓，隻需在地麵墊平即可，也可用膨脹螺栓固定，後輔機安裝時導佈必須與主機成型鼓保持平行，平行度小於1/1000，用膨脹螺栓固定，成型鼓規格尺
寸是由用戶提供。
2.調試
（1）確認連接件是否擰緊。
（2）氣源路及電源接頭無接錯，漏接，漏氣和漏電現象。
（3）下壓輥裝置，鋼絲定位裝置與成型鼓相互位置均為正確。
（4）各級氣缸無爬行現象。
（5）各接近開關，氣控閥信號靈敏可靠，位置正確。
