Part one: The basic technical parameter
由於漿料以較高的壓力切線進入篩內,受離心力作用,漿料在進入篩鼓之前,纖維和粗雜質就已經進行瞭分離。
合格的纖維依靠進出漿口的壓力差,通過篩鼓。同時,高速旋轉的翼片起著凈化篩鼓表麵縫隙的作用。
故在相同的動力、相同的篩選麵積的同等條件。該篩比其它型式的篩選設備有較高的篩選效率和更好的出漿質量。
Pulp enters into screen in tangent direction under relatively high pressure,
so the fiber and coarse foreign particles have already been separated before pulp enters screen drum by the centrifugal force.
The qualified fiber will pass through screen drum with the help of differential pressure at pulping inlet and outlet.
At the same time, high-rotating rib plates play the role of cleaning surface gaps on screen drum.
Comparing with other types of screening equipments, under the condition of same driving force and screening area,
this screen has better screening efficiency and pulping quality.
