漿板機

 Pulping machine

該類型紙機采用木漿、棉漿、麻漿、竹漿為原料，生產定量為1200g /m²以下的各種規格漿板。

The raw material range is widely, such as wood pulp、cotton pulp、jute pulp、bamboo pulp which can produce basis weight below 1200g/m²of pulping board.

結構特征：

流漿箱：采用直堰板式或敞開式。

長網部：由網案臺架、成型板、案輥、刮水板、吸濕箱、真空吸水箱、真空伏輥等組成。

壓榨部：可采用三道正壓榨，並可增加預熱缸裝置。

乾燥部：配有Φ1500mm或Φ1800烘缸組，傳動側機架為閉式齒箱，烘缸軸承及傳動齒輪均采用稀油集中潤滑。

傳動及控製部：采用交流電機變頻調速分部傳動。

切紙機：采用單刀切紙機，配有接紙臺裝置。

Structure characteristic:

Fourdrinter wire section: wire table pedestal, model the board, The vacuum absorbs the water tank, Vacuum underlying rollers,

Press section: Three positive calender and increasing equipment of preparative hot vat.

Dryer section:Φ1500mm orΦ1800mm dryer group. Driving the side machine is closed gearbox. Dry bearing and spread drive gear adopt oil lubrication system.

Drive and controller: AC frequency conversion section drive.

Cutter: Single cutter with connecting the paper。
