一、產品原理及簡介：

      UAV-LJ型系列全塑濃縮結晶器，是最新一代的濃縮結晶器，其主要原理是，采用UAV超聲空化原理，介質在低溫、常壓中汽化，實現介質濃縮、結晶的目的。在低熱焓（50~95℃）中低濃度介質（溶液、溶劑、水）經超聲高頻發射波中破壞介質的液麵表麵張力，介質在發射波場中產生超細霧霧化（霧粒徑約1~100um），在同等質量下的介質的表麵積瞬間擴大1000餘倍的霧化狀態，在介質低熱焓內能的作用下水分子動能劇烈加速、勢能急劇增大而瞬間汽化，實現脫水、濃縮、飽和、析出、結晶的一系列步驟。

      UAV技術，自主創新，具有自主知識產權《發明專利》（中華人民共和國知識產權局授權專利號：ZL 201010154306.4)。廣泛應用於海水淡化、各種介質物料濃縮/結晶/提純、高鹽、高COD工業廢水處理及核電廠高濃度放射性廢水濃縮。對各種介質的濃度、廢水中高鹽、高COD含量不受限製，處理過程無相變。系統采用全塑構造，不腐蝕、不結垢，使用壽命長、動力結構簡單、自動化程度高，節能降耗與運行費用低、占地麵積少、維護與移動方便的特點。
