ZH-800D/900D/1000D型勾底糊盒機與ZH-800G糊盒機結構基本相同，在該機基礎上增加瞭三個部分:

一、上壓輪采用皮帶運行結構，使走紙更穩定。

二、在本折出紙部增加瞭預壓部使出紙更平整。

三、收紙部采用等待收紙功能，電機可以單獨調速，使收紙更合理。

ZH800D/900D/1000D have the same structure with ZH800G/900G/1000G. based on G-series, D-series has the following improvements:

1.ZH-D series adds the upper belt on the folding unit to improve the stability in box movement.

2. Adds the pre-press section before the press section to improve the stability and smoothness in box movement.

3.Pressing unit has separate motor to control speed. It has auto trombone control function（only when the box coming, the pressing unit works）.
