There are 2 types of heavy Duty spark plugs. 火花塞拆裝註意事項
·拔下高壓線接頭時應輕柔，操作時不可用力搖晃火花塞絕緣體，否則會破壞火花塞密封性能。
·發動機冷卻後方可拆卸，當旋松所要拆卸的火花塞後，用一根細軟管逐一吹凈火花塞周圍的污物，以防火花塞旋出後污物落入燃燒室內。
·螺絲周圍、火花塞電療和密封墊必須保持清潔，乾燥無油污，否則會引發漏電、漏氣、火花減弱等故障。
·安裝時，先用套筒將火花塞對準螺孔，用手輕輕擰入，擰到約螺紋全長的1/2後，再用加力杠桿緊固。若擰動時手感不暢，應退出檢查是否對正螺口或螺紋中有無夾帶雜質，切不可盲目加力緊固，以免損傷螺孔，殃及缸蓋，特別是鋁合金缸蓋。
·應按要求力矩擰緊，過松會造成漏氣，過緊使密封墊失去彈性，同樣會造成漏氣。錐座型火花塞由於不用密封墊，遵守擰緊力矩尤顯重要。
