嘴座嘴芯均采用日本進口白鋼粗加工後精磨而成；座子孔尺寸控製在±0.003MM以內，芯子與座子的間隙配合控製在±0.003MM以內，確保瞭足夠的真空值；嘴端與座子的同心度控製在±0.02MM以內；嘴座嘴芯加工後經特殊處理至50度硬度後再做鉆石鋼膜披覆確保瞭吸嘴耐磨不易脫色；嘴頭采用日本進口金剛石（鉆石鋼）加工而成，耐磨永不反白經久耐用。
