卷繞方式采用主動式收卷結構，卷繞成形緊密，不松散。

卷繞同步張力采用PLC編程調頻計算方式，保持倒卷材料保持穩定張力收卷，平麵交叉紋路清晰

卷繞機入料前段設計恒定線速度控製機構，保證材料進機穩定

Introduce:

This machine by magnetic disc, adjust the winder speed to be synchronized with the extruder. Main components are made of superior material and by imported CNC machine one step finished. The quality of these components is excellent and the working life is much longer.

The winding speed is above 280m/min.
