Color-Exact 1100 AC/IC is a new dosing unit intended
for working with extruders, with a dosing capacity up
to 33 kg/h. Is equipped with the latest ac motor technology,
a 100 hz motor with inverter. This new frequency technology
ensures a completely stabile screw rotation down to 1,00
rpm. The dosing unit is maintenance free and built for problemfree
round-the-clock operation.
The el.panel is connected to the dosing unit by an easy detachable socket outlet and plug and
3 mtr. cable.
The separate el.panel is equipped with LED instrument
for reading the dosing screw rotation speed, 3-digit digital
setting, and key reverser that makes it possible to change
between manual and synchronous operation, by connection
to the extruder tacho voltage 0 - 10 VDC.
