整條螺桿 采用高強度合金鋼，（ W6Mo5Cr4V2）材料及氮化鋼（38CrMoALA）經過真空淬火處理、硬度:HRC58°-65°之間、耐磨耗、耐腐蝕的各種規格“螺紋套”“捏合塊”元件根據不同需求隨

意組合。  采用“積木式”原理，可隨意組合機組的長徑比，內花鍵形式，使用中充分體現瞭靈活互變性，經濟性。經過完美組合的螺桿元件在工作中可實現對物料的輸送、壓縮、排氣、塑化、分散、自潔及均勻出料的效果。產品經過嚴格檢驗，確保加工精度。

鑄銅、鑄鋁加熱器是以管狀電熱元件為發熱體，用優質銅、鋁材料為外殼經壓鑄成型的電加熱器，其使用溫度一般在攝氏150～450度之間，可廣泛應用於塑料機械、模頭、電纜機械、化工、橡膠、石油等設備上。鑄銅加熱器特點具有長壽命、升溫快、發熱均勻、保溫性能好抗磁場等優點，可以根據不同的型號規格、繪圖，設計，定做。

The heating plates are casted by the high-quality aluminum and copper using the tubular electric-elements as the heat source enduring the temperature from 150℃ to 450℃.

The heating plates are applied in the plastic, die head, electric cable, chemical industry, rubber, petroleum machinery extensively.
