在日常生活中，隨時隨地可見廢舊塑料如：農地膜、方便袋、編織袋、塑料桶、可樂瓶，電腦殼，盆、管蓋及其他很多塑料制品。都可加工成目前塑料行業緊缺暢銷的塑料再生顆粒，重新回到生產塑料制品中去，再次實現利用價值。用再生粒子可吹膜、註塑、吸管、拉絲、生產打包帶、擠出型材等有關塑料制品。

Usage:

In the daily life, we find the using plastic around us, such as agricultural film, woven bag, plastic barrel, plastic bottle and can, computer housing, etc. All the above can be processed to be the plastic recycling pellet which is lacking and sold well in today’s market, they can back to the plastic producing, and make recycling come true. We can make use of the pellet to blow, molding plastic, brush, produce the packing belt, extruding products, etc.

Machine components and features:

Single stage granulator line consists of the following parts: convey system, extruding system, filter system, shaping system, cooling system, pelletizing system and store system.

Gear box: we use the high strength alloy steel which is processed by the carburizing quenching, with the gear presicion, high strengh and long survice life.
