概述Description
X—150型旋片式真空泵是用來對密封容器抽除氣體獲得真空的基本設備之一，它的工作原理是由於泵腔內的容積不斷發生變化而完成抽氣作用。故屬於容積式真空泵的一種，他的工作原理（如圖一所示）。
它有偏心安裝在定子腔內地轉子槽內地兩旋片。轉子帶動旋片轉動時，旋片借離心力和旋片彈簧緊貼缸壁，把進排氣口分隔開來，並使進氣腔容積周期性的擴大而吸氣，排氣腔容積周期性的縮小而壓縮氣體，借壓縮氣體的壓力和油推開排氣閥排氣，從而獲得真空。
Model X-150 Rotary Vacuum Pump is one of the basic equipments to obtain vacuum by pumping air out a sealed container. The operation principle of the pump shown in Fig.1 is that the effect of pumping air will be completed by the continual changes of space in the pump cavity. So it belongs to one of the positive-displacement vacuum pump.
The pump has the rotor mounted in the stator cavity eccentrically and two blades in the rotor slot. When the rotor powers the blades to rotate, the blades will keep close contact to the interior wall of the stator because of the centrifugal force and the sping force. The inlet and the outer on the stator will be separated by them. Then the space in the intake cavity will be expanded periodically and the air will be sucked, while the gas space in the exhause cavity will be reduced periodically and the gas will be compressed. The discharge valve will be opened by the pressure of compressed gas and oil, and the gas will be exhausted. Thus the vacuum will be attained.
應用Application
X—150型旋片式真空泵可單獨作為主泵使用，也可作為增壓泵、擴散泵等泵的前級泵用。所以它可用以真空鍍膜、煤油氣相乾燥真空浸漬、真空乾燥以及脫水、真空冶金等。
Model X-150 Rotary Vacuum Pump can be used as the main pump alone as well as a fore pump for booster pump and diffusion pump. It is adaptable to vacuum plating. Gaseous drying of kerosene vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying. Dehydration,vacuum metallurgy and so on.
特點Characteristic
1.相對於XD系列單級真空泵具有極限真空高，對於滑閥真空泵可通過調整消聲針閥來控制噪聲，由於其轉子偏心質量小，且對轉子作瞭平衡，故振動小。
2.抽氣效率高。
3.氣鎮性能好。
泵有經過特殊設計的氣鎮裝置可向排氣腔充入乾燥氣體，從而大大降低氣體中蒸汽的分壓力。當其低於泵溫下的飽和蒸汽壓時即可隨充入空氣排出泵外，而避免凝結在泵油中。
4.泵配有溫控水量調解閥
泵工作時通過泵自身所配上述調節水壓，可將泵溫調至75℃±5℃，從而提高派出氣體中蒸汽的飽和蒸汽壓力，使蒸汽更易於排出泵外，但應使泵溫不超過80℃（郵箱測溫點）。
5.泵有油水分離器
它能夠使泵油中的雜質和凝結物存積到油水分離器的底部，通過安裝在底部的防水閥排出泵外。
1.Comparing with XD Series Single-Stage Vacuum Pump. The pump has high ulimate vacuum. To Slide valve Vacuum Pump, the noise can be controlled by regulating valve of sound damping needle. The vibration is weak because the rotor is mounted eccentrically and has little weight, and the dynamic balance is done to the rotor.

3.Fine specification of gas ballast
The pump is installed with specially designed gas ballast equipment. The drying gas can be fed to the exhausted gas. In case the pressure is lower than the saturated vapor pressure under the pump temperature. It will be soon exhausted to the atmosphere along with the filled air and will not be condensed into water in the pump oil.
4.The pump has temperature controlling regulator valve of water capacity.
When the pump is in operation. The temperature will be arised to 75℃±6℃by the regulator valve and ies saturated vapor pressure in the exhausted gas will be arised. So the steam will be exhausted out of the pump more easily. But the pump temperature must be lower than 80℃(oil basin thermal point).
5.The pump has oil water separator
The separator can deposit the impurity and coagulum in the pump oil to its bottom, and they will be exhausted out of the pump by the water drain valve installed in the base
