本機是我公司率先研制開發成功的加嘴大容量全自動包裝設備，技術性能已達到國際先進水平。加嘴大容量軟包裝產品具有使用和存放方便的特點，增加瞭軟包裝產品的實用性，同時最大限度地降低瞭包裝成本。
特點
該機可全自動完成：制袋、加嘴、灌裝、計量、封口、切斷、日期打印等包裝全過程。采用氣動傳動，PLC控制，觸摸屏人機界麵，構件均為不銹鋼材質，工作可靠，操作簡便，調整方便。采用瞭先進的流量計計量方式，計量精度高，包裝容量可在5~12.5升范圍內任意調整。該機采用光電校準裝置，可保證圖案完整美觀，包裝材料經紫外線照射對其進行滅菌，如選配潔凈空氣凈化裝置可實現在高潔凈狀態下完成包裝全過程，該設備是加嘴大容量軟包裝實現全自動包裝的理想設備。
