本包裝線具有自動理瓶、計量灌裝、塞紙（可選配塞乾燥劑或藥
棉）、旋蓋、鋁箔封口、貼標、打碼等功能，並具有先進的在線檢測
功能，設備采用不銹鋼制造，結構合理，清洗容易，符合“GMP”的
要求。
本包裝線具有變頻調速，能自動平衡保護，遇缺瓶或堵瓶能自動
停止工作，問題排除後能自動恢復正常運轉，確保生產任務的完成。
其中多通道電子數粒機通過多條軌道數粒，藥物經過三級震動下料，
落抖均勻、數粒精確、適應性強，更換品種無須更換模具，可適應各
種單瓶裝量和劑型，並具有除粉裝置。根據產量的不同需要，可選配
12、16、24道或32道電子數粒機。各單機都有其特有的功能和各自
獨立的驅動控制系統，可根據用戶實際需要，即可聯動生產、也可單
機使用。
