一、產品特點及用途
聚氯乙烯和護套控制電纜適用於交流額定電壓Uo/U為450/750V及以下控制、監控回路及保護線路等場合，作為電氣裝備之間的控制接線。
阻燃控制電纜的主要特點是電纜不易著火或著火時延燃僅局限在一定范圍內，適用於對阻燃性能要求較高的場合。
耐火控制電纜的主要特點是電纜除瞭能在正常的工作條件下傳輸電力外，電纜在著火燃燒時仍能保持一定時間的正常運行，適用於對耐火特性有要求的場合。
二、產品標準
本產品按GB 9330—1988標準組織生產，還可按用戶要求的其它標準生產。
阻燃型電纜除按上述標準外，其阻燃性能按GB/T 18380.3-2001標準規定分成A、B、C三種不同的阻燃類別，A級類別的阻燃性能最優，用戶可根據需要選用。
耐火型電纜的耐火性能應符合GB/T 19216.21—2003

四、產品使用特性
1．額定電壓Uo/U為450/750V。
2．電纜導體的長期允許工作溫度為70℃。
3．電纜的敷設溫度應不低於0℃，推薦的允許彎曲半徑如下：
無鎧裝層的電纜，應不小於電纜外徑的6倍。
有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結構的電纜，應不小於電纜外徑的12倍。
有屏蔽層結構的軟電纜，應不小於電纜外徑的6倍。
1. Characteristics and Applications of the products
PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable is used to connect electrical equipments. It applies to controlling, monitoring and protective system with A.C. rated voltage Uo/U up to and including 450/750 volts.
The main features of the flame retardant PVC control cable is hard to get fire or that the continuous burning of cable is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the places with special demands of flame retardant property.
Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning except that it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is used in the places necessary to resist fire.
The main characteristics of low smoke, low halogen, flame retardant control cable is low smoke emission and low release of HCL gas besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in the places with special demands of the density of smoke emission and the release of HCL gas besides the property of flame retardant. 2. Standards of the products
The cable is manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB 9330-1988. It can also be produced according to special requirements put forward by clients.
Besides the standards mentioned above, the flame retardant property of the flame retardant cable must meet the corresponding demands of class A, B or C which is stipulated in GB/T 18380.3-2001 Amongst the 3 class, class A is best, while C worst. Clients can selec any type of cable as practical needs.
Fire resistance property of the fire resistance cable can be GB/T 19216.21-2003.

4. Application and Specification
(1)Rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750 volts
(2)Permissible continuous working temperature of cable conductor is 70℃.
(3)Ambient temperature is not lower than 0℃ and its minimum bending radius is as follows when cable is installed:
for non-armored cable - not less than 6 time D.
for armored or copper tape shielded cable - not less than 12 times D.
for shielded flexible cable – not less than 6 times D.
Note: D denotes the overall diameter of cable, unit: millimeter
