TP-DK1系列機床控制(隔離）變壓器(以下簡稱變壓器)在BK系列控制變壓器基礎上，我公司技術研發部門經過多年來進一步吸收國內外同類產品的優點，采用先進工藝和嚴謹設計進行制造，並優選國外先進方法的接線端子，具有性能優良、工作可靠、耗能低、體積小、接線安全，適用性廣等特點，是一種理想的變壓電源。適用於50～60Hz，額定電壓不超過1000V的交流 電路中，作為註塑機和機械設備的控制電源，工作照明及信號燈電源；也可作為小型動力電源使用，產品符合GB5226，JB/T5555-2001，VDE0550-1-3，EN61558-1:1997，EN61558-2-13:2000等有關國傢、國際標準，並榮獲歐共體"CE"認證，證書編號：LVD100607-01，可與國外產品互換使用。

TP-DK1變壓器按結構可分為殼式，按安裝方式可分為立式。

TP-DK1系列隔離變壓器技術特性

初級次級繞組分開繞制，當次級隻有一個繞組時，它擔負變壓器的全部額定容量，次級如兼有控制、照明及指示燈繞組時，則按各繞組容量分配分別繞制，對單繞組且有中間抽頭的變壓器其各中間抽頭容量，皆小於變壓器的額定容量，隻有最高電壓輸出端可擔負額定容量。
