一、用途

JBK5系列控制變壓器是我公司引進國外最新變壓器系列，在國內JBK3系列控制變壓器基

礎上，經過多年來進一步吸收國外同類產品，並優選國外先進方法的接線端子結構、將端

子與骨架合並在一起，防護等級提高到IP2LX，防止偶然觸及電路。采用IT冷壓接線端子

，接線方式可以使接線密集程度提高。

變壓器矽鋼片與矽鋼片之間聯結、矽鋼片與底板之間聯結均采用氬弧焊工藝，形成一個整

體，簡捷明瞭。尤其底板一次成型，安裝與外形尺寸較JBK3系列更為準確，而且采用優質

防蝕合金材料，大大提高瞭接地性能的可靠性，全麵提高瞭產品的質量，該產品符合VDE

0550、IEC204-1、IEC439、GB5226等有關國際、國傢標準，並榮獲歐共體“CE”

認證，可與國外產品互換使用。JBK5系列控制變壓器適用於交流50-60HZ，輸入電壓不

超過220V，輸入額定電壓不超過500V，作為各行業的機械設備，一般電器的控制電源和

工作、信號燈的電源之用。

l Use

The JBK5 series control transformer introduces the overseas newest

transformer series in our company, in the domestic JBK3 series control

transformer foundation, further has absorbed the overseas similar product

after for many years, and selects the optimal overseas advanced method

terminal structure, the terminal and the framework merges in together, the

protection grade enhances IP2LX, prevented accidentally touches the electric

circuit. Uses the IT cold-press terminal, the wiring way may cause the wiring

crowded degree enhancement.

Between the silicon steel plate, between the silicon steel plate and the

nether plate joins uses the argon welding, forms a whole, simple and direct

perspicuity. Especially the nether plate formation, the installment and the

external dimensions compare the JBK3 series to be more accurate, moreover

uses the high quality corrosion prevention alloy material, enhanced the

earth performance reliability greatly, improved the product quality

comprehensively, this product conforms to VDE0550, IEC204-1, IEC439,

GB5226 related and so on international, the national standards, and has

the honor to receive the European Economic Community “CE” the

authentication, but and overseas product exchange use. The JBK5 series

control transformer is suitable in 50-60HZ, the input voltage 220V, the

input rated voltage 500V, takes power source ofcommon electric appliance

control and work, the signal lamp in various professions the mechanical device.
