- Delivery is made to user’s factory entrance, excluding unloading from the truck and to the assigned location in the factory.
交貨至用傢的工廠門口,不包括從貨車卸貨及門口運到放置機床的位置,此段路程用傢自己負責.
- It is agreed by Buyer that even though the goods are kept by the Buyer’s own liability, but not the title of the goods passed to the Buyer. Furthermore, the seller reserves the right of disposal of the goods until full payment is made.
倘由於某種情況,有關機床暫由買方保管,並不等於機床的所有權已屬買方.隻有在買方付清貨款,買方才可以擁有該機床.倘根據合同內容,買方不能清付餘款,賣方保留將機床取回的權力.
- 12 months warranty from the date of installation covering material and manufacturing defects with may appear during the said period. However, such warranty will not include damages occurred due to mishandling of material and careless manipulation of the equipment. Consumable are not taken into consideration.
12個月保修期由到廠安裝完畢算起。如因錯操作和不小心使用而引至機器損壞，不在保修范圍內。保修期不包括消耗品。
