一、磨合金鋸片的操作
1:松開環繞托板，調好磨片角度鎖緊。
2:芯軸的調整，魔小鋸片：將芯軸會轉至靠近磨片方，反之則調遠。將芯軸推至右端，裝上鋸片旋轉手輪，初定鋸齒磨麵的位置。旋轉回轉臺，確定鋸齒磨麵角度，旋轉工作臺確定磨麵的進給角度。一般磨麵與砂輪工作麵交角5度左右。（目測）
3：定位組合的調整，將鋸片調正到最佳磨刃狀態，調整定位托架，將定位銷調查整到較合適的鋸齒根部並留磨量間隙，將固定螺絲旋轉。
4：將芯軸向左調至上述相同的磨量間隙。
5：磨斜齒前刃時；調砂輪角度；然後將轉軸固定螺絲釘旋緊。
6；檢出所有部位固定後；應手托鋸片平穩進給磨削。
二；梳齒刀的磨削
1；將梳齒刀平方在工作臺上；選用合適的套軸固定在滑塊上；根據梳齒刀的角度調整砂輪或者滑板角度；然後固定磨削。
2；本機設備可以對梳齒刀的前後進行磨削。
三；註意安全事項
1；本機操作必須安全接地。
2；機器必須放在乾燥；無腐朽；穩固水平位置。
3；開機前將所有鎖緊部位鎖緊；開機後運轉正常就可以工作。
4；工作結束切斷電源。
