增壓泵的用途：

增壓泵的工作原理：

氣液增壓泵工作原理類似於壓力增壓器，對大徑空氣驅動活塞施加一個很低的壓力，當此壓力作用於一個小麵積活塞上時，產生一個高壓。通過一個二位五通氣控換向閥，增壓泵能夠實現連續運行。由單向閥控制的高壓柱塞不斷的將液體排出，增壓泵的出口壓力大小與空氣驅動壓力有關。當驅動部分和輸出液體部分之間的壓力達到平衡時，增壓泵會停止運行，不再消耗空氣。當輸出壓力下降或空氣驅動壓力增加時，增壓泵會自動啟動運行，直到再次達到壓力平衡後自動停止。采用單氣控非平衡氣體分配閥來實現泵的自動往復運動，泵體氣驅部分采用鋁合金制造。接液部分根據介質不同選用碳鋼或不銹鋼，泵的全套密封件均為進口優質產品，從而保證瞭德科氣液增壓泵的性能。一般泵都有進氣、排氣兩個口，在進氣口能產生低於常壓（即大氣壓）氣壓的叫“負壓”；在排氣口能產生高於常壓氣壓的叫“正壓”；比如常說的真空泵就是負壓泵，增壓泵就是正壓泵。正壓泵跟負壓泵有很大的不同。比如氣體流向，負壓泵是外部氣體被吸入到抽氣嘴；正壓是從排氣嘴噴出去；比如氣壓的高低等。
