產品結構、組成：
一次性使用基因采樣盒由基因采樣拭子、基因采樣管組成。
使用說明：
本基因采樣盒作為基因檢測的采樣工具， 其用途是采集和保存口腔黏膜上皮脫落細胞。采樣拭子由采樣冠、采樣套桿和采樣推桿三部分組成。 使用方法為將密封包裝的采樣拭子拆封後，將有采樣冠一端伸入口腔內，用采樣冠刮拭口腔內壁，采樣冠使用具有一定摩擦系數的醫用無紡佈材料制成，可將口腔黏膜上皮脫落細胞及部分唾液吸在采樣冠表麵。在刮拭後，可單手持采樣拭子，用拇指抵住采樣推桿，將采樣冠頂入采樣管內，擰緊采樣管蓋，便可在常溫下進行保存。一個采樣冠對應一個采樣管。套桿及推桿可丟棄。
廢棄說明：
使用後的套桿及推桿放入醫療機構設有的焚燒處理的廢物袋內，統一焚燒處理。其他包裝廢料可回收或者作為一般垃圾處理。
產品特點：
本采集盒具有采集方便、攜帶方便，一次性使用，無交叉污染的特點。
采樣冠采用之物料對微生物無毒害，能大量增加樣本的采集、釋放量及提高樣本送檢期間之保存效果。
用途：
本產品用於采集人體口腔黏膜上皮脫落細胞。
貯存：
本產品應儲存在通風、乾燥的室內，不得與有毒、有害、有腐蝕性物質混合存放。
使用期限：
一旦拆封後應立即使用，未拆封前推薦在出廠後3年內使用。
本款產品應客戶需要配有個人識別條形碼標貼，有效保護被采樣者之私隱及以便辨認樣本。
另有氣泡回寄袋方便采樣檢測分別進行時樣品的安全運輸。
一次性采樣拭子及采樣盒紙塑袋分別密封包裝，安全可靠。
Product contains:
Swab consists of 3 main components: the swab head, pushing rod and handle.
Using method:
--After unpacking the swab, carry the swab with putting the swab head into the lining of the mouth and rub for collecting oral cavity cells;
--After cells collection, use the thumb to press at the end of pushing rod to eject swab head into centrifugal tube or other kinds of collection tubes;
--Tighten the lid of collection tube and preserve under room temperature.
--Figure above shows the general using method.
Disposing method:
--After use, put the pushing rod and handle into garbage bags in medical organizations specific for incineration treatment.

Period of Validity:
Product must be used immediately after unpacked. Those unpacked can be stored for 3 years under the above mentioned storage environment.
This product is manufactured with personal identification barcode labels for privacy and safety purpose. There is also a returning bubble bag for carrying centrifugal tube for safe transport.
