為日本工具鋼牌號,日立和大同鋼廠都有生產,日立產SKD11商品名為SLD(最新改良版稱作SLD-MAGIC),大同鋼廠商品名為DC11。兩者在大陸均有設廠,在業界最為知名,價格也最高。 這個牌號目前國內也有生產,鋼質與日本鋼相差無幾,但是價格很有優勢。

材料熱處理硬度:HRC58-60SKD11是-種高碳高鉻合金工具鋼,熱處理後具有很高的硬度磨性,並具有淬透性強,尺寸穩定性好的特點,適宜制做高精度長壽命冷作模具及熱固成型塑料模具。
SKD11特性:具有良好的韌性與抗高溫疲勞性能能承受溫度聚變,適宜在高溫下長期工作具有良好的切削性能和拋光性能
2用途介紹
厚度不大於6mm薄板材,高效落料模。沖載模及壓印模各種剪刀、鑲嵌刀片、木工刀片螺紋軋制模和耐磨滑塊冷鐓模具,熱固樹脂成型模,高級量規等深拉成型、冷擠壓模具。
SKD11使用方法(僅供參考)
1.“淬火+回火”狀態下使用
2.“淬火+冷處理+回火”狀態下使用(適於高精度與尺寸穩定要求)
3.“淬火+回火+氮化處理”狀態下使用(適於表面高硬度要求)
4. 深冷處理 為獲得最高硬度和尺寸穩定性,模具在淬火後立即深冷-70至-80℃,保持3-4小時,然後再回火處理,經深冷處理的工具或模具硬度比常規熱處理硬度高1-3HRC。 形狀復雜和尺寸變化較大的零件,深冷處理有產生開裂的危險。
5. 氮化處理 模具或工件氮化處理後,表面形成一層具有很高硬度和一定耐蝕性的硬化組織。
6. 在525℃氮化的處理,工件表面硬度約為1250HV,氮化時間對滲層影響如下表所示。氮化時間(小時) 20 30 60 滲氮層深度mm 0.25 0.30 0.35
7.在570℃軟氮化處理,工件表層硬度約為950HV。通常軟氮化處理2小時,硬化層深度可達到10-20um. 磨削加工模坯或工作在低溫回火狀態,磨削容易產生磨削開裂。為防止裂紋發生應采取小的磨削進給量多次磨削,同時輔加良好的水冷條件。
線切割加工形狀復雜或尺寸較大的模具,最終成行采用線切割加工時,通常會遇到開裂現象發生。
為防止開裂,建議采用氣淬及高溫回火處理,以降低熱處理應力,或對模胚進行腔預加工處理。

6熱處理
淬火:先預熱700~750℃,再加熱至1000~1050℃在靜止空氣中冷卻,如鋼具厚度在6寸以上者加熱至980~1030℃在油中淬硬更佳。 回火:加熱至150~200℃,在此溫度中停留,然後在靜止空氣中冷卻。 硬度:HRC 61以上。 退火:加熱至800~850℃,在此溫度停留1~3小時,在爐中任其漸冷。 鍛制:900~1050℃。
