這是我們近幾年來開發的部分傳感器,有車速傳感器,水溫傳感器,相位傳感器,節氣門傳感器,ABS傳感器等等.總體質量已接近或達到韓日產品.少部分產品性能經過綜合評比已經超過日本件.
以上產品設計,模具設計和制作使用一體化無縫鏈接技術,每一款產品設計時全經過CAE分析結構改良,(少瞭很多模具開出來才知道缺陷,修修改改大半年還沒搞好的情況,頭疼吧.浪費錢更浪費時間,相信開發過新產品的都遇到過吧)產品內外兼修.為達到軍品級,我們不惜一切代價,采用全塑封結構.為外觀比博世西門子更好,我們采用二次成型技術.少部分高要求的產品,我們還采用微變量補償技術(德國人也很少采用),使產品性能和尺寸穩定性達到最佳狀態.
照片上的所有產品免費幫設計,沒有收取一分錢設計費.開發一套產品我們隻收模具成本費.一套(四副模具)產品最高三萬左右,最低(兩副模具)才一萬多點.基本上是材料費+加工費+一個工人一個月的工資.而且所有內模全淬火加工處理.有一款,在聯電博世要十幾萬,我們這兒隻要兩萬不到就可以開發成功,產品質量比他們類似產品要好.產品價格也是和我們沒法比的.

The following are the sensors we developed, including mileage speed sensor, water temperature sensor, CAM/Crank, throttle position sensor, ABS speed sensor, etc. The overall quality level has over passed similar Japan or Korean parts.
All the products above have adopted the latest technology for tooling design and production. By CAE analysis in advance, we will help the customer to save time and cost by identifying potential failure before the tooling production. We are experienced in some application to meet military standard. In some application, in order to get better appearance than Bosh-Simmens, we leverage 2-step forming method. For some high end application, we are capable to adopt deformation compensation method which is even rarely adopted by Germany Company, to achieve the best performance and exact dimensions.
No upfront expense is charged to the customer for tooling design for all the products in the photos above. All the expense charged to the customer mainly based on the material cost and labor cost of tooling production. Typically, one set of tooling (four plastic parts) will cost only 30K RMB, with less than 10K RMB price for each single plastic part. All the mould cores are processed with quenching method and it is prepared for mass production.
